Slow-cook the ham
- Place the ham flat-side down in a large slow cooker and trim it if needed for the lid to close.
- Whisk 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, Dijon, cloves, and cinnamon until smooth and glossy.
- Pour half the glaze over the ham, working it between the slices so it soaks in.
- Arrange pineapple rings over the ham and secure with toothpicks, adding a cherry in each center.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, until heated through to 140°F.
- Spoon the juices from the slow cooker over the ham with the remaining glaze, then serve with the pineapple-cherry topping.
Notes
Pro tip: Work the glaze between the spiral slices for the most even coating and a sticky finish. Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container up to 4 days; freeze for up to 2 months. For a lower-sugar option, replace brown sugar and honey with a 1:1 baking sweetener blend formulated to caramelize.
